Mr. K. Sanjay Kumar Gurudin is a 2005 batch IPS officer (Kerala Cadre) with a distinguished
career as Superintendent of Police in Kerala and at the National Investigation Agency, Lucknow.
He is widely recognised for his campaigns on internet safety, cyber bullying, and drug awareness
among students. His passion for teaching — particularly civil service preparation — led him to
author the book ‘Is Your Child Safe?’, warning parents about the dangers of internet abuse. He
has served as City Police Commissioner in multiple cities in Kerala and currently serves as DIG of
the Indo-Tibetan Border Police on a five-year deputation.
