Mr. V. M. Pargi IPS

Mr. V. M. Pargi is a 1988 batch IPS officer who retired as Additional Director General of Police
(Technical Services & SCRB), Gujarat State. Trained at LBSNAA Mussoorie and the SVP
National Police Academy Hyderabad, he served as ASP Lunawada, ADC to the Governor of
Gujarat, and rose through multiple senior postings including Spl. Commissioner of Police Surat
City, ADGP (Police Reforms), ADGP (Enquiry), and ADGP (Technical Services & SCRB). Mr.
Pargi was awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 2004 and the President’s Police
Medal for Distinguished Service in 2014.
